TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTYSCHOOLINSURANCE.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
